Resilient Hearts Global Foundation is dedicated to empowering children, youth, and communities facing adversity by nurturing resilience through compassion, education, and meaningful connection. We work alongside communities around the world to create safe, supportive spaces where every individual is seen, valued, and equipped with the resources and opportunities to heal, grow, and thrive.

Resilient Hearts was founded with a clear purpose: to restore hope and dignity through community-centered support. From youth arriving without guardians to families facing instability, our work focuses on providing care, connection, and opportunity across borders.

Our team is full of kind, creative, community-focused and skillful individuals. We each have a unique approach and inspiration behind how we want to help the youth and communities around us.
Before we were directors, social workers, advocates, and community leaders, we were children shaped by our families, our communities, and our life experiences. Some of us were immigrants, some of us were at-risk youth, some of us were supported by programs like the ones we now help build.
Resilient Hearts Global Foundation exists because of our stories, and because we believe every child deserves support, opportunity, dignity, and someone who believes in them.
